1 - The artist is never subject to any directives regarding programming, art direction and style of the performance. Style, content and eventual briefings have been outlined in the submitted tender.

2 - The organizer is responsible for the artists and third party's security.

3 - The cost for board and lodging of the artist and attendants is included in the agreed salary unless otherwise stipulated.

4 - The organizer agrees to pay the stipulated salary (and the VAT tax if owed) immediately after the show

5 - The salary partially falls due to payment even if adverse atmospheric conditions or other reasons render impossible the performance:
30% of the salary if the artist has been contacted by time and hasn’t reached the destination yet; 50% of the salary if the artist already showed up.


6 - Illness, accidents (to be stated by means of medical report) and withdrawal at least 24 hours before the agreed date void the contract

7 - Should the agreement be broken, in addition to the claim for damages a contract penalty in the amount of the stipulated salary may due.

8 - A new date at the same conditions will be agreed in case of engagements with TV, Movie and tour broadcasters which cannot be delayed.
